We can only accept a return or changes with previous authorization, please contact us to set up a return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for returned or canceled orders and the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Please note that in order for us to issue a refund, we need to have the unworn item returned to us. Beauty products can be returned if open, however contents must be at fullest capacity per ounce.
No refunds will be issued for packages still in transit.
